New comer in Class
Once a student(male) joins a new school.
He used to have long hairs on his head.
On the 1st day of school he visited the school and the principal told him that you should cut the hairs before coming to school.
He remained quite and did not answer.
everyone thought that he must have any personal problem
Next day he arrived school and he did not cut his hairs.
Principal got angry and called his parents.
everyone asked him why didnt he cut his hairs?
He replied " DUKAAN BAND THI GHAR KE PASS WALI AUR DUR WALI BHI"
